  • s2p (Suite2PResult) – Suite2PResult

  • correct_neuropil (bool) – whether do the subtraction using neuropil

  • method (Literal['maximin', 'constant', 'constant_prctile']) – {‘maximin’, ‘constant’, ‘constant_prctile’}
